Shipping policy

For orders under €40.00, shipping costs within Germany are €3.90. Shipping is free within Germany for orders of €40.00 or more after deduction of discounts, promotional codes and vouchers. 

We ship your orders with our service partner DHL. DHL delivers your parcel within Germany in 1–3 days. Deliveries to other European countries take up to 7 days, depending on the country. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. All our products are available at all times unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. Once we have handed your parcel over to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that lets you follow the status of your shipment at any time.
